How fast will somebody actually get back to me?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you call before mid-afternoon. The walkthrough itself is normally booked inside 48 hours, and the written quote follows within 24 hours of that visit. Nobody is going to sit on your enquiry for a week and then send a PDF with a number on it — if the timeline slips for any reason, you will be told why rather than left wondering.
Is the site visit really free, and is there any obligation?
It is free and there is no obligation whatsoever. We come out, walk the premises with you, ask about access, frequency and the things your last cleaner never got right, and then we write it up. If you take the quote elsewhere or decide to stay with your current contractor, that is genuinely fine. We will not chase you, and we will not put you on a mailing list you did not ask for.
What information should I have ready before I call?
Four things get us most of the way: the suburb, roughly what the building is, roughly how big it is, and when we are allowed inside. Everything else can wait for the walkthrough. If you already know the awkward constraints — the dock closes at six, the lift needs a security key, the committee will not allow noise before seven — mention them on the first call, because they shape the roster more than anything else.
Can I get a price over the phone without a site visit?
We will happily talk through what the job involves and what tends to drive the number, but we will not put a figure on it before somebody has seen the site. Any price quoted off a floor plan is a guess, and a guess is what turns into a variation invoice three months later. The walk costs you nothing and takes about half an hour, and it is the reason our fixed prices stay fixed.
Do you take emergency or same-day jobs?
Sometimes, depending on where the site is and what has happened. A spill, a burst pipe, a foyer that has to be presentable before a 9am inspection — call and ask. Being based in Seven Hills keeps Blacktown, Parramatta and the western industrial estates close to the yard, and the CBD is reachable outside the peak. We will tell you honestly whether we can get there in time rather than promise and fail.
