Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form or tell us on the phone: your name, business or building name, email address, phone number, the Sydney suburb the site is in, the service you are after, how often you need it, and any notes you add about access or the job. We do not ask for financial details through this website, and we do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act.
How the quote form actually works
The form on the contact page validates in your browser, then sends what you typed over an encrypted connection to the form-handling service we use, which turns it into an email to our office at hello@cleanbestgroup.com.au. It also carries a hidden field used only to catch automated spam. Nothing is stored in a database on this website, and the enquiry is not used for anything except replying to you.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to arrange a walkthrough, to prepare a written quote, and — if you become a client — to schedule and invoice the work. That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, we do not pass them to third-party marketing companies, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us for a price.
Who else sees it
Our own staff, and the service providers we rely on to operate — the form-handling service that delivers your enquiry, the email provider that carries the message and the hosting provider that serves this site. Where a client’s building manager requires proof of insurance or induction records, we send our own documents, not yours. We will only disclose your information beyond that if the law requires it of us.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not turn into work are kept only as long as they are useful to follow up, and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we service the site plus the period Australian tax and business record-keeping law requires. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking pixels. If website analytics are introduced later to understand which pages people find useful, they will be configured so that they do not identify you individually, and this section will be updated to say so.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cleanbestgroup.com.au or call 1300 494 983 and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy issue you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — in particular, if we move from the current email handoff to a server-side form — we will update this page before that change takes effect.
